Dan Hanson

"I’m Dan, 32, and I transitioned from bar and live entertainment management into personal training after rebuilding my own life through fitness.

 

Three years ago, during a low point in my mental health, I committed to training seriously. In summer 2024, I removed alcohol from my life and have been sober ever since. That decision changed everything.

 

Now, I coach more than just physiques — I help people build strength in both body and mind. Through structure, accountability, and positive energy, I help you create lasting transformation and secure your goals."

Edward Graetz
"My fitness journey started at a young age with competing in triathlons. Because of this, leading an active lifestyle has been something I've been passionate about for as long as  I can remember. I really believe that fitness is individual so as your personal trainer I want to help you achieve all of your goals and maintain a level of fitness that works specifically for you and your lifestyle."

Tom Dobson
"I joined Ludus four years ago with limited fitness knowledge and a very basic foundation in strength and conditioning. From the beginning, I've always had a strong fascination with weightlifting and developing strength. During my time at Ludus, I've trained across a wide rand of disciplines, including Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, Mixed Martial Arts and more recently, American Football and Rugby.

Fitness has become a central part of my life. Through consistent training, research into different training philosophies, and learning through trail and error, I've been able to achieve many of my personal fitness goals. Through this I discovered my passion for helping others. Whether it's building strength, developing confidence or just having fun I want to share my passion for fitness with the Ludus community. "
