"I’m Dan, 32, and I transitioned from bar and live entertainment management into personal training after rebuilding my own life through fitness.
Three years ago, during a low point in my mental health, I committed to training seriously. In summer 2024, I removed alcohol from my life and have been sober ever since. That decision changed everything.
Now, I coach more than just physiques — I help people build strength in both body and mind. Through structure, accountability, and positive energy, I help you create lasting transformation and secure your goals."

"With 8 years of experience as a personal trainer, I'm dedicated to helping clients achieve sustainable, life-changing results through personalized training and nutrition strategies.
